Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check must be clean with no more than three moving violations in 3 years.
• Customer service attitude and helpful demeanor mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval.
• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following safety protocols.
• Maintain neat valet areas and adhere to attendance/time-keeping policies.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules.
