Job summary

Jack in the Box Union is looking for a Team Member to deliver quality food and friendly service in a clean, inviting restaurant. You’ll help create a welcoming guest experience and support daily operations.

This role requires English communication, the ability to lift, stand most of the shift, and a willingness to follow safety and food handling standards; eVerify is used to confirm eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Understands and communicates clearly in English.
• Able to stand and walk approximately 85-95% of shift.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.
• Ability to listen/understand guests orders, operate a cash register and read video monitors.
• Ability to listen to various pitches of sound throughout the shift with no issues.
• Ability to wear a headset for taking orders throughout the shift with no issues.
• Able to occasionally bend and/or twist at the waist, kneel and reach with no issues.
• E-Verify Employer.

• Maintains clean, neat appearance; follows uniform and grooming standards.
• Takeout orders with care to deliver a memorable experience.
• Adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitations standards.

• Follows all Company operation policies and procedures.
• Interacts effectively with diverse groups; avoids biases.
• Performs multiple tasks as required (e.g., take out trash, clean restrooms).
