Job summary

Jack in the Box is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly guest service, handle orders, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. You will work across front-of-house duties, drive-thru duties, and support team members during peak times to ensure fast, accurate service and a positive guest experience.

Candidates should be at least 16 years old, able to read and communicate in English, and willing to follow all safety and food-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful; comfortable working in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to read and understand English.
• Clear communication, multitasking, and ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take/clarify orders; assist guests with menu selection as appropriate.
• Enter orders in POS, collect money, and provide correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of work areas; assist in various restaurant stations.
• Ensure orders are prepared timely and accurately; hand or deliver to guests.
• Support front, interior, and back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Follow Jack in the Box policies and standards including timekeeping and breaks.
