Qualifications

• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.

• Minimum age of 16 years; 18 years old to work opening and closing shifts.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state/federal law.
• Previous customer service work experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and respond to customer issues.
• Operate cash register/POS and use upselling to drive sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers and managers.
• Verify accuracy of guest orders and prepare/packages food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and stock inventory as needed.
• Work at multiple stations and maintain punctual attendance.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and resolve issues with management.
