Responsibilities

• Operate cash register or POS devices and use value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify the accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Clean kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils.
• Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations.
• Promote prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Work with management to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.
• Learn team effectiveness skills and work with others to achieve team goals.
