Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Enthusiasm for customer service and guest-first mentality.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and managers.
• Prioritize a quality customer experience with a warm and friendly approach and efficient service.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Accurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer order.
• Assist with bussing tables in assigned section, greeting guests, and delivering food to assigned tables as needed.
• Clean assigned section and sanitize workspace in service areas as needed per restaurant protocols.
• Provide safe alcohol service through use of company resources, proper ID checks, and identifying signs of intoxication.
• Manage guest checkout process by efficiently and responsibly handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Occasionally answer phone and assist walking guests with carryout orders as needed.
• Become knowledgeable about the Good Food Rewards program and manage in accordance with company policy.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with health department regulations.
• Effectively communicate with bar, kitchen, and management teams to provide quality customer service.
