Job summary

Cooperrestaurants is seeking a Server to coordinate dining stations and provide an excellent guest experience. You will take orders, input them into the POS, serve entrées, and ensure timely, accurate presentation of all items with attentiveness to guest needs.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, maintaining station cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to sustain Cooper Restaurants’ service standards. Flexible scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests and upsell menu items while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Experience with table service and hospitality standards.
• Comfort using a computer terminal to input orders and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a dining station to meet guests' expectations.
• Take and record orders according to standards.
• Ensure orders are prepared and served promptly with correct presentation.
• Greet guests and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and station setup throughout shift.
• Close station with proper checkout procedures and duties.
• Communicate guest concerns to the MOD.
• Assist teammates to support a smooth guest experience.
