Job summary

Cooper Coffee & Wine is looking for a Server to join our fine dining team. You will be responsible for selling, preparing, and serving beverages, wine, and food, while engaging guests with menu recommendations and wine selections.

The role requires extensive knowledge of coffee, tea, and beverage offerings, and you will work closely with baristas, sommeliers, and managers to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of fine dining mixology experience and at least 2 years dining room experience.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service procedures and beverage expertise.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to operate POS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide wine/beverage recommendations; manage bar responsibilities.
• Coordinate with FOH/BOH; train new hires; participate in pre-shift meetings.
• Manage beverage orders, service, and guest satisfaction; maintain inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; follow health regulations.
