Skyline Chili, LLC is seeking a Server to provide friendly, attentive service and consistently deliver quality food in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.

You will greet guests, take orders, upsell, handle guest requests, run food, and ensure accurate checks while working as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication and hospitality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Customer service oriented with friendly hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guest base.
• Availability to work all shifts; hours vary.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform light physical tasks.
• Reading and writing skills required.
• Walks and stands for the entire shift; performs side-work.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they enter and thanks and ensures satisfaction of guests as they exit.
• Suggestively sells and answers questions regarding food, beverages and service.
• Assists guests in their basic needs, such as with highchairs, drink refills, etc.
• Works as a team member with other servers to help ensure guests not in their section are also taken care of.
• Writes down all guest orders and inputs them accurately into the system.
• Runs food orders to the dining room, buses tables, etc.
• Observes guests and responds to additional requests, follows up to ensure food quality.
• Prepares and delivers non-alcoholic beverages, silverware, food and desserts.
• Ensures all items are rung on guest checks.
• Completes running side duties and end-of-shift server duties.
• Cashes out all guest transactions and manages sales revenue.
• Participates in training and marketing programs; supports new store openings.
• Resolves guest concerns promptly and professionally; adheres to standards.
