Job summary

Skyline Chili in Eaton, Ohio is hiring servers to provide dining room and counter service with a focus on guest satisfaction. You will take and communicate orders, ensure timely preparation, and deliver beverages and food in a cheerful, safe manner.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by law.
• Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching and lifting are required.

Responsibilities

• Dining room and/or counter service to guests; communicates orders to production team members.
• Processes guest orders to ensure items are prepared properly and timely.
• Prepares and delivers beverages, silverware, crackers and food.
• Observes guest dining experience and responds to guest needs; provides check and clears tables.
• Provides Skyline Time service in an enthusiastic, friendly, and safe manner.
