Job summary

Wings ‘N More Restaurants is seeking a dedicated team member to provide outstanding guest service, take and deliver orders, and maintain clean, stylish service areas. You will work with knowledge of menu items, promotions and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Responsibilities include prompt order input, inventory awareness, side-work completion, and adherence to dress code and attendance standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Knowledgeable about all menu items, restaurant promotions and beverages served; their garnish, contents and preparation methods.
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Must complete necessary side-work as per schedule, this includes stocking and organizing all supplies, etc.
• Take and know inventory at all times, and requisition daily supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain regular attendance, consistently on time, and observe prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
• Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor.
• Excellent customer service skills: Respond to requests for service and assistance. Demonstrate the desire and ability to provide high quality service to both internal and external customers. Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
