Qualifications

• Minimum age is 18.
• Neat and well-groomed appearance in company-approved uniform.
• Proficient in operating POS computer systems and handling transactions.
• Ability to read menu items.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, and cleaning duties.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to hear.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure exemplary service while dining.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and answer inquiries.
• Work closely with bussers and hostesses for excellent service.
• Create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and employees.
• Keep wait station clean and maintain high-quality customer service.
• Assist in maintenance tasks when needed.
