Doubletree by Hilton- Colorado Springs is seeking a friendly server to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience. You will seat guests promptly, take orders, serve meals, and ensure cleanliness for the next guests.

The role emphasizes guest-first service with a positive attitude and strong communication, ideal for someone punctual, responsible, and sociable. Compensation includes tips on top of $12.14 per hour.

Qualificações

• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers upon arrival and promptly seat them, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve meals, and meet any special requirements or requests
• Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors
• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing dutiesActively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operationsMaintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations
