Responsibilities

• Guide guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients.
• Provide food recommendations to guests and address all menu and service-related inquiries.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with team to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
• Follows company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring guests receive "safe" meals.
• Properly enters all items served to guests at our Point of Sale (POS)
• Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
• Provides accurate checks to guests, accepts payments, and completes all appropriate transactions.
• Handles guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager promptly, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return to the restaurant again.
• Clocks in and out as scheduled.
• Demonstrates a helpful and positive attitude at all times toward guests and team members.
• Completes all assigned tasks and duties assigned by managers/supervisors.
• Follow proper cash-out/check-out procedures before leaving at the end of a shift.
• Assists fellow team members as needed to ensure our guests receive the highest standard of food, beverage, and hospitality.
• Inspects restrooms, dining room, and wait area, cleans as needed, and reports any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
