Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC, a growing hospitality group featuring Buffalo Wild Wings, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Buffalo Wild Wings GO, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon, and Eggspectation, is seeking servers who create memorable dining experiences. You will welcome guests, take accurate orders, and deliver food and beverages in a timely, friendly manner.

1–2 years in food service preferred; ABC Certification in DE; knowledge of Responsible Alcohol Service; ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Proven guest service skills and hospitality mindset.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and balance pace.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Experience with POS systems and handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and engage in conversation.
• Present menu options knowledgeably and upsell when appropriate.
• Inform guests of specials and promotions and answer questions.
• Enter orders accurately into POS and relay to kitchen in sequence.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Maintain safe food handling and cleanliness at all times.
• Process payments accurately and handle tips."
• Bus tables and reset for next guests.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and shift changes.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
