Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. in Friant, CA seeks a restaurant server to deliver food and beverages, take guest orders, and process payments while maintaining a welcoming, efficient dining room. You will upsell specials and ensure accurate tabulation and adherence to policies.

Duties include stocking, safety, cleaning, answering guest questions about menus, and collaborating with team members to provide a high-quality guest experience during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Food and Beverage experience and cash handling experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, obtain and maintain gaming license.
• Ability to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take guest orders accurately, relay to kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Handle cash, process payments, and balance cash at end of shift.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of dining areas, stations, and service areas.
• Provide menu knowledge, answer guest questions, and upsell specials when appropriate.
• Adhere to ServSafe and other regulatory standards; comply with health and safety policies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude.
