Job summary

Sun Communities seeks a Servtender blending server and bartender duties to deliver hospitality across front-of-house operations. You will greet guests, take orders, mix drinks, serve food and beverages, and handle payments while adhering to safety and alcohol-service guidelines.

The role emphasizes genuine hospitality, speed, accuracy, and teamwork within the Food & Beverage program, with many opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months serving and bartending experience preferred.
• Innate desire to provide exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to maintain professional image and appearance.
• Basic computer skills including email and internet.
• Basic math skills for cashiering.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, prepares drinks, and serves offerings.
• Operates cash register and processes payments accurately.
• Ensures compliance with alcohol service laws and age verification.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of the front of house.
• Performs shift opening/closing and prep duties as assigned.
