Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Richardson is seeking a friendly Server to provide prompt, accurate food service to our guests. This role takes orders, serves items, and completes payments for guest orders with a smile.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, quick delivery, POS skills, barista duties, table maintenance, and attentive guest service. You will support menu knowledge and seating while upholding food safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Use guests’ names to make them feel welcomed.
• Contribute to high guest satisfaction scores.
• Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.
• Know hotel features and amenities for guest inquiries.
• Support events and groups at the hotel.
• Understand relevant technology for the role.
• Answer calls with friendly service and approved greeting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and describe food and beverage options clearly.
• Deliver hot items from kitchen to tables promptly.
• Input orders and secure accurate payments on POS.
• Prepare coffee and specialty drinks as a Barista.
• Clear and reset tables for dining as needed.
• Observe diners and respond to requests.
• Complete daily inventory prep and side work.
• Know current menu offerings and seating guests.
• Ensure food safety, dating, labeling, and cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities.
