Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and input into the POS system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction is achieved.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Pick up orders from prep areas and ensure proper food preparation.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when appropriate.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods or staff shortages.
• Adhere to EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
