Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Server team and ensure Guests have an amazing experience. You will assist with greeting Guests, taking drink orders, refills, and table turns while keeping dining areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset is essential.

• Certification requirements: Food Handlers and Alcohol where required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet Guests and take drink orders.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate Guests' needs.
• Support the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables.
• Create memorable experiences with exceptional service.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
