Main Event Entertainment in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers and ensure guests have an amazing experience. You’ll help with refills, pre-bussing, and timely delivery of food and drinks while keeping dining areas spotless and safe.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends. Prior food and beverage experience is a plus, but not required; certification may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Effective communication and sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!).
• Greeting Guests and taking drink orders.
• Delivering food and drinks promptly and anticipating Guests' needs.
• Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables.
• Providing memorable service and creating great guest experiences.
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
