Job summary

American Dream is seeking a Patrol Officer (Full-Time) to patrol the property, ensuring guests, tenants and employees have a positive experience through outstanding service and security leadership.

You will enforce rules, deter crime with a visible presence, respond to emergencies, prepare detailed reports and support loss prevention and guest relations across mall areas, service corridors and parking zones. The role requires durability, shift flexibility, and NJ SORA licensing readiness.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Rigorous 120-hour in-house training program completion.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.
• Valid NJ Security Officer Registration Act Certification or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Enforce AD rules and policies and state/local statutes.
• Maintain high patrol visibility in mall areas, corridors, and parking areas.
• Provide outstanding guest service and assist in locating lost persons or vehicles.
• Respond to life-threatening emergencies and incidents as directed.
• Write detailed incident or injury reports.
• Perform various tenant relations activities and loss prevention duties.
• Coordinate radio traffic and inform dispatchers of incidents.
