Job summary

Hibbett is seeking a Sales Associate in Orlando, FL to deliver quality customer service and drive product sales. You will become knowledgeable in each product area, promote sales/promotions, and serve as an ambassador of the brand to create a memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting services, meeting sales targets, and upholding company policies. This position is non-exempt and part of the Operations department, reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a self-starter with initiative to take on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Produce and give extraordinary customer service as per the manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards from manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, clean up, weekly shipments, and store maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods using guidance in the product knowledge manual.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations problems to store management.
• Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring internal control procedures.
