The Buckle, Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking a part-time Sales Teammate to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will participate in sales, merchandising and daily store operations, including cashiering, displays and routine upkeep. You will greet guests, answer questions, assist with finding merchandise, maintain knowledge of current promotions, and work with the team to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Help locate merchandise and create wardrobing experiences.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Maintain a clean, shoppable store and support operations.
