Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Sales Teammate in Grand Island, Nebraska to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks such as cashiering, product displays, and routine store upkeep.

This role supports a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends. No prior experience is required and training will be provided; benefits include teammate discounts and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs and suggest additional items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales per hour and contribute to overall sales goals.
• Assist Guests with checkout and bag purchases.
• Prepare merchandise for alterations.
• Know exchange and return procedures and communicate them to Guests.
• Follow the Sales Presentation Guide daily to hit goals.
• Maintain relationships and loyalty through Buckle programs.
• Place Special Orders and contact other stores as needed.
• Develop guest relationships to build a client-based business.
