Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Sales Teammate to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. This role combines sales, merchandising and routine store operations to keep the floor engaging and inviting.

As a Sales Teammate, you will greet Guests, answer questions, locate products, and demonstrate items while upholding Buckle’s service standards. The position offers part-time hours and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
• Recommend, locate, and help Guests find merchandise based on needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs and suggest additional items to create a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Guests and Team.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, payment/exchange policies and security practices.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and contribute to overall performance.
• Assist with store operations including stocking, display, pricing and housekeeping.
