Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver extraordinary guest experiences at the Granbury store. You will stock merchandise, greet guests, and promote in-house brands while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

The role requires strong product knowledge, basic math for pricing, and a commitment to teamwork and safety on the floor. Full-time hours provided with schedule expectations including weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Know and actively demonstrate our Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Greet guests and engage with a smile and a helpful demeanor.
• Recommend merchandise based on guests' needs, focusing on in-house brands.
• Answer guests' questions concerning price and use of merchandise.
• Create client relationships with regular guests.
• May operate a cash register and handle transactions as needed.
• Set up displays and rotate stock to promote sales.
• Maintain neat and orderly sales floor and back stock.
• Provide feedback to management on product movement and stock levels.
• Assist in inventory processes and use RF scanner equipment.
