Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to deliver warm, welcoming service and help maintain a clean, efficient bakery-cafe environment. You will engage guests, assist across multiple stations, and contribute to a positive dining experience with accuracy and care.

This role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Previous food service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Work across bakery-cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Stay on the move to assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment following food safety standards.
• Be adaptable to daily priorities with a positive attitude so every guest gets our best.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
