Huddle House is seeking a Restaurant Server to oversee daily customer service and food service operations in the restaurant. The role involves receiving orders, coordinating with kitchen staff, and delivering meals promptly while maintaining cleanliness and a strong team focus.

The position emphasizes excellent customer service, effective communication, and a positive, can-do attitude throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and verbal greeting.
• Review the menu and take orders from customers.
• Enter orders and ensure timely delivery of food.
• Handle payments and close out tickets at shift end.
• Stock and prep the unit for the next shift; clean duties as assigned.
• Report safety concerns and customer service issues to the manager.
• Know daily features and upsell products to guests.
• Follow the restaurant's service steps with every guest.
