Job summary

Rocket Enterprises and Hardee’s are hiring a Crew Person to deliver friendly Guest service, prepare quality food, and keep the restaurant clean and safe. The role requires a minimum age of 16 and enrollment in high school, with a preference for a high school diploma or equivalent. Bi-lingual skills and strong communication are a plus.

You will work as part of a team to meet service standards, handle assigned duties, and contribute to overall restaurant operations during shifts.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Bi‑lingual skills a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Guests with a positive service experience; prepare quality food according to standards.
• Keep the restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for Guests and Employees.
• Contribute to total Guest satisfaction by following guidelines and procedures.
• Support management with tasks and responsibilities as directed.
