Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Laundry Attendant to sort, wash, and fold laundry, remove stains, and prepare items for storage in a busy hotel environment. You will operate washers, dryers, and related equipment, monitor cycles, and ensure linens meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic reading/writing/math, and customer service mindset. Full-time role with opportunities for growth across our 70+ hotels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Laundry attendant experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Customer service skills required.
• Experience with hotel brand systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads articles into washer and adds detergent.
• Runs washers/dryers and monitors cycles.
• Sorts and folds laundry; removes stains as needed.
• Ensures cleanliness of equipment and proper storage of linens.
• May assist guests with laundry-related needs in a courteous manner.
