Job summary

Perennial on Lockwood in Webster Groves, MO is seeking a Host to join our Server Support Team. As the first face guests see, you’ll warmly greet, seat guests, manage the waitlist, and help with light server tasks as needed.

This role emphasizes guest-focused hospitality, teamwork with servers and kitchen, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced, craft-beer and scratch-kitchen environment. Flexible weekday/weekend hours are available, with both full-time and part-time opportunities and

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Excellent communication with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Willing to assist with light server duties when needed.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests, manage the waitlist, and coordinate table turns.
• Communicate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain a clean and inviting host stand, entry area, and dining room.
• Provide guests with information about our food and beverage offerings.
• Assist with light server tasks (e.g., running food, polishing glassware).
• Uphold hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
