Target in Triadelphia, West Virginia is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to help guests and fellow team members by delivering a warm, helpful service and guiding shoppers to what they need. You’ll greet guests, assist with product locating, restocking, and maintaining clean, organized shelves to support a smooth shopping experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to handle busy periods, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.

• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
• Execute daily tasks assigned to you by your leader to help achieve goals that align with business priorities including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, merchandise set up and maintenance, pricing activities, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
