You’ll join a fast-paced team, learn company procedures, and participate in flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Training is provided to develop product knowledge, service skills, and safe handling of merchandise.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and helping customers in a retail environment.
• Understanding of store operations, inventory, and merchandising processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and support teammates during busy periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting customers and assisting them.
• Help guests locate products and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Restock shelves, organize backroom, and maintain pricing and signage.
• Support cashiers and digital fulfillment processes when needed.
• Follow safety policies and store procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by store leadership.
