The Fresh Market in Durham, NC is seeking team members to work across Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End to deliver exceptional guest service.

You will engage with guests to understand needs, maintain product knowledge, and assist across departments, including stocking and merchandising, while keeping carts tidy and ensuring a professional appearance according to our uniform standards.

• At least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service
• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help them create meal solutions
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items and assist guests across departments
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day while assisting nearby guests
• Gather shopping carts and assist in general housekeeping
• Present self in a professional manner and adhere to uniform standards
