The Fresh Market is looking for team members to support our Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End departments. Join a team dedicated to delivering extraordinary guest service in a welcoming store environment.

As a team member, you will engage with guests to understand their needs and help create meal solutions, stock and merchandise departments, and assist across the store while maintaining a professional appearance and cheerful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items; ensure nearby guests are assisted.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in housekeeping throughout the store.
