Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and depart promptly.
• Deliver exemplary customer service at all times.
• Prepare and serve hot food when required.
• Work as an expediter in the kitchen and keep orders organized.
• Ensure accurate handling of all food products and equipment is maintained to meet food safety standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of the food service area.
• Maintain daily side work and required logs; complete restocking and cleaning duties.
• Keep accurate spoilage records.
• Work with diverse populations in a positive manner.
• Address guest complaints respectfully.
