Chili's is seeking a Food Runner to deliver hospitality and help Guests and Team Members by sharing our passion for beverages, food, and people. You bring a fun personality and a commitment to making Guests feel special while you connect with colleagues.

In this role you provide hospitable, customized service, improve the Guest experience, keep tables clean through pre-bussing, and collaborate with teammates to ensure Guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
