Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the expediting line and organize order tickets.
• Communicate effectively with Dining Room Manager, Servers, Host/Hostess and Kitchen team.
• Deliver carryout and room service orders.
• Lift and carry multiple plates from kitchen to dining room.
• Verify items on the tray match the order ticket and check for special requests.
• Ensure all items leave the kitchen with correct sides and accompaniments.
• Promote teamwork and assist co-workers as needed.
