Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises seeks friendly, customer‑oriented team members to join our dining team. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, handle payments, and ensure guests have an excellent experience.

You must be able to stand for shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certifications. Flexible hours are required in a fast‑paced environment. We offer a five‑day work week, paid vacation milestones, health insurance options, 401(k), and staff meals.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read/write English.
• Complete Florida Responsible Vendor certification.
• Complete and pass food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc.
• Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly.
• Accurately enter orders into POS system.
• Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver to guests in a timely manner.
• Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards), ensure transactions are correct using POS, and deliver correct change.
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework.
• Pack and verify all ToGo orders with guest.
• Greet guests at the curbside pickup area.
