Resorts World New York City is hiring a Food Runner to support our full‑service restaurant team. You will expedite the food service by running orders from the POS, assist servers, and help the kitchen when needed.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18, have HS diploma or GED preferred, prior hospitality experience, and a Tips Certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain required license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some hospitality or customer-service experience preferred.
• Must obtain a Tips Certification.

Responsabilités

• Delivers food orders to guests in a full-service restaurant.
• Presents proper items by seat position according to the ticket.
• Carries an oval tray containing hot and cold items.
• Expedites kitchen line in the absence of the Expo.
• Provides excellent guest service and maintains standards.
• Ensures smooth, efficient operation and communication with kitchen.
• Ensures quality and accuracy of every order.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
