Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert in Omaha. You will deliver friendly guest experiences, manage freshness and pricing, and support a fast-paced store environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and a guest-first mindset to help shoppers find what they need and leave satisfied.

The position requires 18+ with food/grocery experience preferred, flexibility for nights and weekends, and strong communication. Training is provided to learn Target’s standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (Bakery only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and operate technology as directed.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and following multi-step processes.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests within 10ft and 4ft zones and initiate warm interactions.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support peers and maintain a positive attitude.
• Deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience across all hours of operations.
• Follow Food & Beverage standards and processes including deliveries and replenishment.
• Follow all food safety requirements and company policies.
