Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert in San Antonio to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, assist with product finds, and ensure freshness and pricing accuracy across Food & Beverage areas.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to Target's standards, including food safety and backroom organization. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
