Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in Florida is seeking a Team Member to deliver bold food and outstanding guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will build sales, assist guests, and help ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for staff and guests.

Requirements include guest service or food prep experience, basic math, ability to work extended hours, high energy, and a high school diploma or GED; food safety certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identify and respond to guests’ needs and feedback.
• Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhere to policy and procedures to maximize guest and employee satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and guests.
