Job summary

CKE Restaurants is seeking a Crew Person to deliver consistent guest satisfaction and high-quality service in a fast-paced setting. You will work at assigned stations, help with stocking and cleaning, and ensure food safety standards are met.

Strong communication, teamwork and a proactive attitude are valued. Must be at least 15 years old and in high school or equivalent; bilingual abilities are a plus; compensation is to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication with management, guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provides a quality product and Guest service experience that delivers total Guest satisfaction.
• Follows Guest service guidelines; ensures guests receive Superstar Service.
• Works assigned station(s); cleans and stocks; performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures Guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers per Menu Standards.
• Adheres to food safety and sanitation requirements to protect guests and employees.
