Pizza Ranch North Liberty is seeking energetic Crew Members to support our dining rooms and kitchen teams. You will be part of a fast-casual restaurant that values guest service and team collaboration.

Front of the House duties include hospitality, buffet coordination, POS use, and maintaining dining room cleanliness, while Back of House support covers food prep, dish area, and order coordination. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong guest service mindset and positive attitude.
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain guest hospitality.
• Coordinate buffet and dining room operations.
• Operate point of sale and handle transactions.
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen support tasks.
• Ensure dining room cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support both Front of House and Back of House roles as needed.
