Job summary

Pizza Ranch Cedar Rapids is hiring crew members to support both Front of House and Back of House operations. You will assist with guest hospitality, dining room care, buffet coordination, POS usage, and order processing while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.

Depending on the interview, duties may include food prep, dish handling, and take-out coordination. Ideal candidates demonstrate mobility, strong service mindset, and the ability to work well with teammates and guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shift.
• Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping.
• Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds.
• Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service.
• Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests.
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Front of House duties include guest hospitality, safety, buffet coordination, POS, dining room cleanliness, guest relations and transactions, and phone responsibilities.
• Back of House duties include food preparation and safety, processing orders, pizza and chicken preparation, dish room order and cleanliness, and coordinating take-out orders.
• The exact position will be determined post interview.
