Job summary

Dunkin is seeking a friendly Crew Member to deliver fast, accurate service and prepare food and beverages to Brand standards in a busy, quick-service environment. You will greet guests, work with a team, and help ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

The role offers skill development and opportunities for advancement within the store, with training on point-of-sale, food safety, and operations. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with Dunkin’ & franchisee standards.
• Accurately operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Support speed of service and order accuracy goals.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties as assigned and directed by management.
• Work effectively as part of a team and support fellow employees during shifts.
