• Welcomes the guests as they come into the restaurant.
• Interacts with guests in the most polite manner possible.
• Takes orders made by guests at the counter, takes payment and delivers accurate change.
• Promotes up-selling.
• Responds appropriately to guest inquiries, resolves complaints, and notes suggestions.
• Pre-bussing and bussing tables.
• Does dishes.
