• Welcomes the guests as they come into the restaurant.
• Interacts with guests in the most polite manner possible.
• Takes orders made by guests at the counter, takes payment from guests and delivers accurate change.
• Promotes up-selling.
• Attention to guests' needs and responds appropriately to their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and noting their suggestions.
• Pre-bussing and bussing tables.
• Doing dishes.
